I've enjoyed training and racing with Harvard over the past 3 years. While colored by the pandemic, being able to train and compete at the collegiate level with my peers has been incredibly rewarding. I decided to try out for the team at the beginning of my sophomore year, after trying club athletics, jazz and orchestra music groups, and a consulting club my freshman year. I missed the competitive aspect of these activities which ultimately brought me to the ski team. For this upcoming 2022 racing season I hope to make a racing jump after an additional year of high-quality training. Follow along with our racing schedule for updates!

To avoid another semester stuck on zoom in a dorm room, my teammate James Kitch and I decided to take a gap ski-mester. We drove out to Bozeman, MT where we'd rented a small apartment outside of town. During the winter we trained and raced with the Bridger Ski Foundation ski team coached by Heather Mooney and Andy Newell. In addition to exploring some of the west's best skiing, we learned how to fix a lot of things on a car, not cook broccoli until the pot turns black, and how to take shoot epic videos of ourselves on a GoPro. We actually ended up making a few highlight blog videos - I've embeded one below:
